We collect personal and non-personal information provided to us by Customers in the course of their transactions with Premier Tax Liens. The personal information that we may collect includes the customer’s name, mailing address, phone number, email address, credit card number, and financial information. The non-personal information that we may collect includes the customer’s browser type, the URL of the previous website visited, ISP, operating system, and Internet protocol (IP) Address. The non-personal information is not used by us to personally identify customers and is not readily usable for that purpose.

- Data must be stored on designated drives and servers and must only be uploaded on approved cloud computing services.
- Data should be backed up frequently. Those backups should be tested regularly.
- Data should never be saved directly to laptops or mobile devices.
- All servers and computers containing data should be protected by approved security software and a firewall.
- Personal information should not be shared informally among employees and third parties, such as via email.
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect customer personal information, we do not guarantee absolute security.
